This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") is intended to inform you about the way in which personal information that you communicate to the company AMS Design SAS (hereinafter, "Aurélie Bidermann"), on the website www.aureliebidermann.com (the "Site"), in our stores, or by any other means, is processed as well as about the management of cookies and tracers implemented on the Site.
Aurélie Bidermann recognizes the importance of ensuring the protection and security of your privacy and your personal information, and has established this Privacy Policy in compliance with the strictest criteria for the protection of personal data, as well as any applicable regulations.
As such, Aurélie Bidermann complies with the French "Informatique & Libertés" law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended and Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 25, 2016, known as the "RGPD" (together hereinafter referred to as the "Applicable Regulations").

Personal data is only collected by Aurélie Bidermann's IT, sales and marketing departments.

Aurélie Bidermann uses the personal information you provide for the following purposes:

The execution of an order on the Site, notably for its validation, processing and delivery of the products ordered (in the absence of this information, orders cannot be executed),

1.3. Retention period
Personal data collected on the Site is kept for a limited period of time and in a manner strictly necessary and proportional to the pursuit of the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy, i.e. for 3 years following the last connection to the Site, the end of the commercial relationship and/or the last contact with Aurélie Bidermann.
1.4. Security and confidentiality
Aurélie Bidermann employs all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of your information and to provide the necessary guarantees for its processing, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the requirements of the RGPD.

Aurélie Bidermann undertakes to ensure that each member of its staff authorized to process personal data is subject to strict confidentiality and personal data protection obligations, and ensures that they undertake in particular to:

1.5. Transfer of personal data
Aurélie Bidermann and/or its Affiliates (i.e., any entity, company controlling, controlled by or under control with Aurélie Bidermann, control being defined by Articles L.233-1 and L.233-3 of the French Commercial Code) do not transfer personal data to any country outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
1.6. Violation of personal data
Aurélie Bidermann will inform you as soon as possible of any breach of your personal data that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, in accordance with Articles 33 and 34 of the RGPD. However, this obligation to inform is not necessary if either of the following conditions is met:
Aurélie Bidermann has implemented the appropriate technical and organizational protection measures and these have been applied to the personal data affected by the said breach;
Aurélie Bidermann has taken subsequent steps to ensure that the high risk to users' rights and freedoms is no longer likely to materialize;
it would require disproportionate efforts.
Aurélie Bidermann will notify the local Supervisory Authority as soon as possible and if possible within 72 hours of becoming aware of any breach that is likely to result in a high risk to users' rights and freedoms.
1.7 Subcontracting
Aurélie Bidermann undertakes to use subcontractors with sufficient guarantees regarding the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing of personal data meets the requirements set forth by the RGPD.
Where applicable, the processing of personal data carried out by a processor is governed by a contract concluded between the latter and Aurélie Bidermann and/or one of its Affiliates, in accordance with Article 28 of the RGPD.
