DELIVERY DEADLINES

The Site delivers throughout the European Union and the rest of the world (please consult the list [C1] of countries to which we deliver our products). The product ordered is delivered to the address shown on the Customer's order form, except if the "Pick-up in boutique" option is chosen (order delivered to the Aurélie Bidermann boutique in Paris). The delivery address may differ from the billing address, and the delivery time depends on the delivery address and the means of delivery selected by the Customer.

The Company is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance of exported goods.The delivery times specified below only apply from the time the order is dispatched.

Delivery in France is made, at the Customer's initiative, by one of the following transport options:

La Poste (Colissimo with signature required) : Delivery within 1 to 3 working days

Courier (only for Paris Intra-muros) : Delivery within 3 hours for orders placed before 3pm (French time) on a working day.

Otherwise, delivery will be made the day after the order is placedShop pickup (only at the Aurélie Bidermann boutique 55 bis rue des Saints-Pères, 75006 Paris): Boutique delivery will take place the next day at the latest for all orders placed before 3pm (French time), on a working day.

International delivery (outside metropolitan France, Monaco and Andorra) must be made by DHL carriers.

Delivery charges are free for orders of €200 or more for France (standard delivery) and €500 or more for international delivery.

In the event of damage, the Customer must express his/her reservations clearly and precisely on the delivery note, a copy of which is sent to the Company by La Poste or the carrier. In this respect, it is the Customer's responsibility to check the contents, conformity and condition of the product upon delivery. This verification is deemed to have been carried out as soon as the Customer, or a person duly authorized by the Customer, has signed the delivery note presented by the receiver of La Poste or by the carrier.

Despite the care taken in the preparation of orders, it is possible that a product may be missing from the order, or that an error may have occurred during preparation. If you notice such an error, please notify us by e-mail at info@aureliebidermann.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FORMALITIES

European Union and United States : Customs duties and formalities are the responsibility of Aurélie Bidermann.

DOM TOM: Customs duties and formalities are the responsibility of the customer.

United Kingdom: As the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union, customs duties and formalities are the responsibility of the customer.

Rest of the world: Customs duties and formalities are the responsibility of the customer.In the event of exchange or refund, customs duties and formalities are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.

We deliver worldwide with DHL Express.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN STORE?

In-store pick-up is free of charge at our two Paris boutiques - 55 bis rue des Saints-Pères, Paris 6e or 14 rue Royale, Paris 8e. Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1pm are delivered to the boutique the next day. An e-mail will be sent to notify you of receipt at the boutique.

,You will then have 15 working days following delivery to collect your order from the boutique. You will be asked to provide proof of identity and the invoice sent to you by e-mail following confirmation of your order.

A third party may also collect the goods on behalf of the recipient, on presentation of proof of identity and the invoice.

WHAT IF MY ORDER NEEDS TO BE DELIVERED URGENTLY?

Aurélie Bidermann invites you to choose express delivery:

- Paris intra-muros: Courier or pick-up in store (55 bis rue des Saints-Pères, Paris 6e or 14 rue Royale, Paris 8e) for same-day delivery Monday to Friday, provided the order is placed before 1pm.

- Rest of France: DHL Express next-day delivery for orders placed before 1pm.

- International : Livraison DHL express à partir du lendemain pour toute commande passée avant 13h.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY JEWEL IS DAMAGED OR BROKEN?

We recommend that you first contact the point of sale where the purchase was made. If this is the e-shop, please send us an e-mail to info@aureliebidermann.com or call us on 01 40 41 67 37.

We offer a free repair service for one year from the date of purchase upon presentation of proof of purchase. This service is offered free of charge on condition that the deterioration of the jewelry is due to natural wear and/or a manufacturing defect.

Once the warranty period has expired, our after-sales service may offer you a chargeable repair, if this is possible. An estimate will be drawn up and submitted to you for acceptance before any repairs are carried out.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PACKAGE?

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that returns are your responsibility until they reach Aurélie Bidermann. We advise you to make your return with a tracking number in order to avoid any problem due to the delivery and to insure your parcel.

To return your purchase, follow the steps below:

1- Log in to your account. In the "My orders" section, click on the "Orders and returns" tab.

2- Choose the order concerned and click on the "Request a return" button.

3- Select the product(s) you wish to return and the reason(s) for the return. Also indicate whether you would like a refund or a credit note.

Click on "Save".

SHIPPING JEWELRY COLLECTION

All products sold on the Site belong to the Jewelry collection, with the exception of those belonging to the "Jewelry" category. Availability and shipping time:

The immediate availability of Aurélie Bidermann products is guaranteed if the word "Add to cart" is indicated on the product's sales page at the time of purchase.

All orders placed from Monday to Friday before noon on the Site will generally be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays) unless otherwise indicated by us. An e-mail will be sent to confirm order processing and shipment.

EXPEDITION JEWELRY COLLECTION

All the jewels in the "Jewelry" category on the Site belong to the Jewelry collection.

Availability and shipping time :

Jewelry in the "Joaillerie" line is produced only in very limited quantities by our high-end jewelry workshops. It is therefore possible that the piece the Customer wishes to purchase is not in stock, even though the words "Add to basket" are displayed on the Site. Should this be the case, the customer will be informed and the piece will be produced on request by our workshops.

The customer's attention is therefore drawn to the fact that shipping times may vary from a few days - if the product is in stock - to 6 weeks, depending on the period and the complexity of the parts requested. This period extends to 10 weeks for the following items: Cuff, Bracelet and Ring from the "Belt" theme.

We make every effort to reduce this delay as much as possible and invite the Customer to contact our customer service department to find out about the availability of Jewelry products in real time.

SHIPPING SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders" include the personalization of a piece of jewelry (engraving in particular) and the tailor-made production of a piece of jewelry. Any buyer wishing to place a special order is invited to contact our customer service department to find out about the feasibility of their request, to receive a quotation and to be informed of shipping times.

In accordance with the provisions of article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, products corresponding to these special orders cannot be exchanged or reimbursed.
