Deliveries and returns

We deliver worldwide with DHL Express.

If you wish to track the progress of your order, you can do so via the link sent to you by e-mail. This link will redirect you to a platform enabling you to accurately track the progress of your delivery.

La Poste (Colissimo with delivery against signature) : Delivery within 1 to 3 working days

Courier (only for Paris Intra-muros) : Delivery within 3 hours for orders placed before 3pm (French time), working day. Otherwise, delivery will take place the day after the order is placed.

Boutique pick-up (Aurélie Bidermann 55 bis rue des Saints-Pères, 75006 Paris and 14 Rue Royale, 75008 Paris): In-store delivery on the next business day at the latest for orders placed before 3pm (French time).

International deliveries must be made by DHL.

Delivery is free for orders of €200 (standard delivery).

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
